Collectibles experts Paul Hayes and Mark Franks ride to the rescue of homeowners whose houses are being taken over by mountains of unwanted mess. With the help of their makeover squad they clear out and transform properties that are jam-packed with junk and use their expertise to help people recycle, revitalise and sell their unwanted clutter.

The team heads off to Birmingham to meet Annette Gough, a self-confessed hoarder who has over the years built up an impressive collection of unwanted and unused items in her semi-detached home.
