Tanya avoids talking to the hospital. After confronting Lauren about her drinking, Carol visits Tanya and realises something’s wrong. Tanya almost confides in Carol but Rainie walks in. Later, Tanya agrees that Cora can stay for a week. Yusef asks Tanya why she’s stopped her treatment; she hasn’t been to radiotherapy or chemo for two weeks.
Rainie tells Phil the man who died in the fire has no living relatives, but Phil’s not interested and tells her to go. Someone makes crank calls to the Arches. Shirley tells Ben about the stalker. When Rainie mentions Phil’s secrets, Shirley decides it’s her. Phil tells Shirley about the fire, she’s angry he confided in Rainie not her. Still sure Rainie’s the stalker, Shirley confronts her, grabbing her by the throat. Losing it, Tanya shouts at Shirley. Later, Shirley assures Phil Rainie won’t bother them again. However, someone’s listening to the recording of Darren and Phil discussing the cut and shut cars and Kevin’s death, the stalker hasn’t given up…
Alfie, Tyler and Anthony sell Fatboy Santas and Christmas trees. Lola buys a tree, betting Tyler £10 she can make a profit. The needles fall off in the hot chip shop; Lola insists Alfie honour his 110% non-drop guarantee, thus making a profit and winning the bet. Undefeated, Alfie decides to spray the trees silver. Billy’s worried about Lola missing school. She has an unopened pregnancy test.
Reverend Stevens is mortified to discover Rose spent the night with Patrick. Dot berates Rose for humiliating the Vicar; Rose accuses Dot of fancying him. Dot throws Cora out. Rose decides she’s leaving too.
Kat realises Alfie’s avoiding her and confides in Kim. Later, Alfie notes that Kat’s making an effort, but Kat realises he’d rather talk to Kim than her.
Shirley gives Jane a job at the café. Show less
