He is now a patron of Refuge, a charity that works to help women and children experiencing domestic violence. In this emotional appeal for the charity Patrick meets Sharon De Souza, whose daughter Cassie was murdered by Cassie's estranged husband, in front of not only Sharon but also Cassie's two young children.
