Lucifer Box has learned that Kingdom Kum is a CIA operative, and that they are both investigating the same case: the poisoning of obscure members of the British establishment with a deadly hallucinogenic drug called Black Butterfly.

The killer's trail has led the men to Jamaica, where the suspected next victim, Lord Battenburg, is about to chair the World Government Summit. Will they reach him in time?
