Naomi Wilkinson and Steve Backshall head to Wales and monkey around on an aerial assault course with scary climbs and super-fast zip-wire slides. They also get a lesson in the art of balance with a breathtaking demonstration by a team of slackliners who flip and somersault on a wire just one inch wide.

Steve comes face to face with some of the biggest and most deadly spiders in the world. He also challenges a peregrine falcon to a 100-metre race, while Naomi goes up, up and away, paragliding over the spectacular Welsh mountains with a very special bird, the red kite.
