Michael torments Eddie as Tyler's life hangs in the balance.

Michael torments Eddie as Tyler's life hangs in the balance. Carol forces Vanessa to admit the truth about her tryst, and a broken Anthony seeks solace from an unexpected source.

As Tyler continues to fit, Jack arrives with Yusef. Unconscious Tyler’s rushed to hospital, Jack urges Michael to go too. Michael’s cold - Tyler won’t make it. Nervously waiting at the hospital, Eddie’s disgusted Anthony bet against Tyler and wishes it was Anthony in Tyler’s place. Arriving, Michael overhears Eddie’s tirade and sends Anthony home. Michael thinks Eddie should accept responsibility - the boys have been bred to worship Eddie. Defending Anthony when Eddie brands him a weak, waste of space, Michael warns him against losing another son. Eddie agrees to make amends with Anthony but is shocked when Michael reveals he knows about his other child. Despite Eddie’s protests, Michael’s convinced Eddie’s affair is what killed his mum. Meanwhile on the square, devastated Anthony stumbles into Mandy’s party. He kisses Mandy but flees when she enquires after Tyler. At the hospital, Tyler remains unconscious with swelling on the brain. Michael feigns indifference but his true anxiety is evident when he’s alone. Later, Eddie admits he’s been hiding something and resolves to tell Michael everything. 

When Carol demands answers, Vanessa admits she and Eddie slept together but insists that Eddie loves Carol. Carol scoffs and claims she doesn’t care that Tyler’s in hospital. Later, Carol confronts Eddie at the hospital – she knows he’s with Vanessa. Eddie’s adamant that he wants Carol. Carol refuses to believe him and flees.
Fatboy gives his wedding ring to Faith. He accompanies Whitney to the hospital but thinks she should reconsider - maybe she does like Tyler.

Yusef warns Jack they could face jail for not having a doctor at the fight. Jack wants Yusef to forget about it.

Mandy throws a party at the Beale’s.
