Alfie’s been sleeping on the sofa. Kat’s furious with Alfie for not believing the baby’s his, but Alfie’s adamant he’s infertile. Eventually, Kat drags Alfie to see Yusef who recommends a new set of tests - fertility can change. Alfie’s overwhelmed, but Kat’s unimpressed because he believed the doctor but not her. Alfie tells Kat he loves her, but knew she wasn’t a saint when he married her. Fed up of Alfie’s doubts, Kat tells him she might not be there when he crawls back with his test results; she’s through being married to Alfie Moon.

Christian and Syed discuss their honeymoon, but worry there might not be a wedding if they can’t find Amira and get Syed divorced. Syed doesn’t want to ask Yusef for help, and Christian isn’t happy when Syed considers contacting Amira’s father.

Fatboy tells Dot he liked it better when it was just the two of them, Rose lurks outside his bedroom door at night. Dot suggests Rose get a job and start paying board. When Yusef offers Rose a trial as the surgery’s receptionist, Dot’s aghast – Rose will have access to her medical records. Fatboy’s dismayed when he discovers find Dot’s taken in yet another lodger - Cora.

Cora assures Tanya she didn’t understand Cora’s marriage, just as Lauren and Abi didn’t understand everything about Tanya and Max’s relationship. Tanya refuses to let Cora move back in, insistent she doesn’t need her help.

Norman fixes Pat’s toaster and afterwards they go for a drink as friends. Seeing Norman, Jean panics. Kat accuses Norman of standing Jean up. Pat’s sure Jean got the wrong end of the stick. Kat throws beer over Pat, amusing Janine. Janine and Pat bicker. Norman tells Janine he’s ashamed to be related to her. Jean concludes she misread the Norman situation. Show less
