Carl is wary when Denise's ex-boyfriend Lex shows up, claiming to be there for an innocent visit. Before long, Carl realises that Lex is actually trying to expose Carl and Denise's relationship - after all, an angel is forbidden to date a human. When Ms Stern is brought in from Heaven, Carl and Denise enlist Porter's help to get them out of trouble while exposing Lex's dastardly plan.

Meanwhile, when Jane returns Brittany's lost necklace but doesn't get the promised reward, she turns the tables - with drastic consequences. Show less
