The tradesmen from Ottery St Mary in Devon turn out in force to help the Wright family who have suffered years of illness and bad luck. Dad Ian is a music teacher at the local secondary school. One of his children struggles with learning difficulties and the family moved to the area to get him into a school that could cater for his educational needs. The family bungalow was too small and, with mum Morny battling a chronic long-term illness, all the work on the house fell to Ian, who became overwhelmed and in desperate need of help. Show less
