Fraser starts the day on top of the world. He scammed 6,000 pounds off Lenny Murdoch and got away with it. He decides to treat Amber to a pair of diamond earrings. He asks a bemused Deek to bank the rest - no questions asked. Amber is delighted with her surprise, if a little disappointed to discover that the box doesn't contain an engagement ring. When Fraser realises what she was hoping for he's about to broach the subject when his phone rings. He takes the call and is alarmed to learn that the dodgy cars he bought last week are being delivered to Lenny today! Worried that his scam will be uncovered, Fraser rushes off to contain the situation, his thoughts of proposing already forgotten.

Fraser's first port of call is Deek - he must get that money back. But Deek is nowhere to be found. A panicked Fraser makes his way to the taxi office where Lenny and Jimmy are inspecting the new cars. Fraser manages to convince Lenny to let him take the cars over to the garage to have them checked out properly by the mechanic. Distracted by symptoms of his MS, Lenny seems happy for Fraser to do the leg work and agrees. Fraser drops the cars off with Deek at the garage and insists that Deek call him - not Lenny - when the tests are done. A suspicious Deek agrees, and Fraser heads off after confirming that Deek banked the five grand.

Amber drops in to visit her dad and shows off her new earrings. She's shocked to discover that they probably cost around a thousand pounds, and mentions that she and Fraser almost started talking about marriage. Lenny is not too thrilled to hear about this, and he begins to wonder where Fraser got hold of a grand to splash on fancy jewellery. Right on cue he gets a phonecall from Deek - there's a problem with the new cars.

The cars are ringers. Fraser does his best to convince Lenny that it's as much of a surprise to him that the cars are dodgy. Lenny is about to head to the car dealership to knock some heads together but Fraser persuades him to let him do it. Lenny agrees, but reminds him that nobody robs Lenny and gets away with it.

En route to the car dealership Fraser pops in to visit Deek to ask for the cash that he gave him earlier. Deek reveals that he didn't put it in the business account, he put it in his own account knowing that he'll never see a return on the huge investment he made in Fraser's business. That's payback.

Fraser knows he has to play hardball when he arrives at the car dealership and uses the threat of Lenny Murdoch to convince Docherty and his son Bryan to provide three shiny new cars at no extra cost. So his 5,000 pounds is still safe. Fraser can't believe his luck when Docherty agrees, much to Bryan's chagrin. Acting the big man once more, he invites Lenny to join him and Amber for dinner to celebrate the victory. But he's laughing on the other side of his face when Bryan and Docherty turn up in Lenny's office. Under the guise of ignorance, Lenny listens - in Amber and Fraser's presence - as Bryan and Docherty explain just how they ended up selling three dodgy cars to Lenny. Fraser watches his world crumble around him as a furious Amber realises that Fraser stole 6,000 pounds from her father. Shocked and appalled, she breaks up with him and tells him to get his things out of her flat. Fraser begs forgiveness but Amber's had enough of his lies and betrayal. After Lenny saved him from McCabe - this is how he repays him? She's disgusted. They're finished. Lenny watches with barely disguised glee as Fraser packs his bags and makes his way over to his dad's flat. Lenny offers his shoulder for a hurt and confused Amber to cry on - he's got his precious daughter all to himself at last. And Fraser's lost everything.

It's the day before Big Bob's big day and wedding plans are in full flow. Bob hits a snag when he remembers that he asked Jimmy to be his best man, and worries that Scarlett might not be too happy. He nervously raises the subject with her and is pleasantly surprised to hear that she has no objections.

A glum Big Bob heads to the deli to pick up some provisions and is confused to find it shut in the middle of the day. As he turns to head home his self-esteem takes another blow when he sees Iona tumble out of some handsome young buck's car, still dressed in her party outfit from the night before. It's clear what she's been up to and Big Bob does nothing to hide his disapproval. Iona is mortified that Bob of all people has seen her come home in this state, especially seeing as he's still not really speaking to her after she tried to get Tatiana arrested.

Later that day Molly convinces Bob to try on his wedding suit, which has just returned from the dry cleaners. He does as he's told and much to his mother's inappropriate amusement the suit is way too small for him. Big Bob's insecurities are coming to the surface. He goes to Tattie for reassurance about their relationship - he wants to be sure that she would still want to be with him and marry him if it was Show less
