Rubbish is piling up all around P-Town and the smell is dreadful. Pet Squad are summoned by Chief Delaney to help clear up. Whilst they're on their tidy up mission Bingo, Dodge and Sheeba see the town's new refuse collectors dumping rubbish rather than picking it up.
