Home from the hospital, Jay warns Lola to confess the truth - or he will. Later, Billy discovers Lola’s missing and traces her to the children’s home. Julie returns from the police station with a caution, Billy’s shocked to learn Julie was covering for Lola. Lola agrees to come home when Billy assures her they’re not angry and understand how she feels. Later, Lola rounds on Julie, accusing her of only covering for her for Billy’s sake and insists that Julie’s son hated her. Later, Julie convinces Jay to keep quiet but tells Billy she can’t cope; Lola would be better off in care. Billy begs her not to make him choose - Lola needs him. Julie understands. Warning Lola to be good, Julie tearfully leaves the Square watched by devastated Billy.

Greg buys Tanya a rocking horse for their baby to cheer her up. Irritated, Tanya insists he take it back. She confesses to Max how guilty she feels for lying, Max wonders if Tanya wants to come clean? Later, Tanya tells Greg she hasn’t been honest – she doesn’t want a baby. Greg’s distraught but Tanya convinces him he’s already a dad to her kids.

On a cleaning spree, Vanessa takes off her engagement ring.

After Cheryl spends the night Ian hurries her out, worried that Bobby will see her. She’s back the same day, eager to hear more about Jane. Ian pays Mo off to keep quiet about his past but takes his money back when Cheryl refuses to listen to Mo’s gossip.

Kat’s frustrated when Alfie leaves her to take care of Tommy, Shenice and Tiffany, snapping at the girls when they get into her hair removal cream. Exhausted, Kat confesses how overwhelmed she is but is reassured when Jean steps in to help. Show less
