Mayor John Pappas is the most popular mayor New York has had in years and owes a lot of his success to his dedicated protege and deputy mayor Kevin Calhoun, a Louisiana native. When a small boy is caught in the crossfire of a gunfight between police and a known mafioso, Pappas knows it's a threat to his administration and rises to the challenge. But when Calhoun notices something very fishy about the mafioso's probation report he begins an investigation which will have far-reaching consequences. Show less
