Roxy’s frustrated when Michael refuses to discuss his relationship with Eddie. Eddie defends Michael when Max squares up to him in the Vic, but Michael insists he doesn’t need Eddie’s help. In an attempt to make them talk, Roxy invites Eddie round, but gets nowhere when Michael refuses to make conversation. Michael angrily insists that Eddie’s ‘nice guy’ act is all a con, and later in the Vic, violently screams at Eddie to stay away from him, Tommy and Roxy. Finding Michael drunk at home, Roxy’s had enough and demands he tell her what’s wrong. Michael reveals that Eddie killed his mother.

Tanya’s annoyed when Max makes fun of an oblivious Greg and feigns interest in a loft conversion. When Max attempts to sabotage their romantic evening, she storms round to Max’s and hauls Greg out.

Worried after Lydia’s fall, Janine makes an appointment for Lydia with Yusef. When Yusef tells he can only give her pain killers, nothing can be done for her, Lydia assures Janine that she’s fine. Janine tenderly takes care of Lydia, washing her hair and listening when she talks of the pain of losing her daughter.

When Shirley suggests going to the support group, Phil declines, but Rainie changes his mind. Shirley goes on the wagon to support Phil, but sneakily drinks in the Vic. Phil avoids telling Shirley that Rainie was at the support group meeting.

Syed’s furious that Christian’s told Roxy about their engagement. Roxy warns Syed if he’s not committed to the relationship he needs to confess before it’s too late. Syed forgives Christian, but doesn’t voice his worries.

Alfie warns Kat that having Eddie to stay could make things difficult with Michael. Kat doesn’t care, and tells Eddie he can stay at the Vic for as long as he wants. Show less
