Twenty-five-year-old playboy Luke has up to 800,000 pounds to spend on a new home. He currently lives rent-free in his godfather's two million-pound gated home in Essex. But will he ever find anywhere as good to match?
Nineteen-year-old Milly from Cheshire has been entrusted with nearly half a million pounds to purchase a new flat. She may have to share it with her family while renovations are carried out on her parents mansion, but she does get the perk of keeping it afterwards.
PR executive Sophia, 24, has a budget of up to a million to spend in London. Her mother has agreed to double anything she puts towards buying her own property and is on hand to offer her help and advice.
