Ex-Atomic Kitten and Snog, Marry, Avoid presenter Jenny Frost makes an emotional appeal to raise funds for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, a charity close to her heart since she lost her mother to the disease in January last year.

The film features Cassandra Jardine, a Daily Telegraph journalist and mother of five, whose only lung cancer symptoms when she was diagnosed were shoulder pain and a 'genteel cough'; and Vicky Baker, a non-smoking 29-year-old who has been battling the disease for three years.
