Eliot is about to throw some used batteries into the bin but his Dad warns him of the dangers of pollution. When Eliot comes across an ecologist rummaging in a dustbin he decides he must be a mad scientist, collecting rubbish to transform everyone into mutants. Eliot has to put a stop to this before all of the inhabitants of the town are contaminated. Show less
