In his late sixties and with his writing career all but dried up, Charlie starts to paint again. Invigorated, he spends his free time supporting his contemporaries who have found themselves alienated and impoverished by modern life. Soon it is not just his desire to paint that is revived.

A story close to Trevor's heart, 'Small Acts of Kindness' follows his radio debut, 'Flaw in the Motor, Dust in the Blood' which starred Rory Kinnear and was shortlisted for the Richard Imison Award for 'Best First Radio Play' and for a Mental Health in the Media Award. Show less
