Bianca’s still missing. Jack tries to take charge of the situation. Sonia arrives and tells the family Bianca’s in Dagenham. When she’s alone with Carol, Sonia claims Bianca called her, she got the last train from Manchester and they went to a B&B. Ricky thinks Bianca should go and stay with Diane in France, but Sonia reveals that Bianca’s decided to give herself up. On the way to collect Bianca, Carol queries Sonia’s story; Sonia admits she’s left Martin, she and Rebecca are now living in Dagenham. Carol drives Bianca to the police station. Bravely, Bianca walks in alone, Carol tells her not to look back.

Alfie tracks Kat down at the Slaters’. Kat insists she doesn’t want to be around him, but he’s determined to come over. Mo and Kat find a mass of flowers outside the front door, a note and Alfie. Kat finds herself laughing when Alfie admits he just borrowed the flowers, but quickly stops. Alfie explains him laughing with Roxy the night before doesn’t mean he stopped hurting or caring. They hug. Mo reminds Kat she took her in when she was upset. Kat agrees that Mo can move into the Vic.

Zainab researches liquor licences. The atmosphere between Tamwar and his parents is frosty. Tamwar threatens to move out, asking Syed if he can stay with him and Christian. Denise convinces Zainab that disapproving of Tamwar and Afia’s relationship will just make them closer; Zainab persuades Masood that they should let Tamwar and Afia see each other. Zainab tells Tamwar and is relieved when he agrees to the strict conditions she insists on.

Syed’s set against having a baby, but changes his mind after hearing Tamwar’s objections to the idea. Christian’s thrilled when Syed tells him he’s not scared anymore. Show less
