Eager to make Ronnie’s wedding day unforgettable, Roxy takes control of preparations. Mortified at the expense Roxy’s gone to; Ronnie regrets that she wants a simple wedding. Faced with competing with Kat, Ronnie reneges and decides to go all out to out-do Kat. Jack meanwhile, is preoccupied with Kylie’s sentencing. He reveals to an astonished Max that should her sentence be lenient, he plans to kidnap her. Having been given the green light to treat Ronnie to an extravagant wedding, Roxy goes to withdraw money but is mortified to find her account empty.
Learning that Ian has the letter about her secret bank account, Jane panics. Christian advises her to concoct a story about a surprise trip. Confronted by Ian, Jane lies that she was planning a romantic trip to Paris. Forced to comply with the charade, Jane laments that her plot has been foiled. When the opportunity to cater at the Vic presents itself, Jane realises that her plan is still attainable.
Digesting Vanessa’s deceit, Jodie remains adamant that she’s leaving. Fearing Jodie will return to Harry, Vanessa manipulates Darren into collecting Jodie’s belongings from Harry’s. Vanessa meets Harry in an effort to warn him off Jodie. Harry says that Vanessa will have to sleep with him. Vanessa returns home, sickened by her actions. With Darren having retrieved Jodie’s belongings, Vanessa lies that Harry returned them. Resigned to Harry having rejected her; Jodie turns to Vanessa. The happy reunion is short-lived as a brick is thrown through the window.
Fearing they’ll be shut down by Environmental Health following the food poisoning outbreak, Alfie seeks Ian’s help to pull in some favours with the council. Ian agrees on the proviso of doing a catering deal. Kat’s furious to learn that Ronnie plans to marry on the same day as her. Show less
