The Vic re-opens. To mark the occasion, Mo’s acquired a wheelbarrow full of questionable meat for Jean to cook and Alfie’s set up a scam raffle promising a Caribbean cruise as first prize. Kat’s annoyed because Alfie’s asked Roxy to help out for the day. She’s even angrier when Roxy insists on fixing the beer pumps and is heralded as the saviour of the day by Alfie, who then accidentally kisses her on the mouth. Kat snaps, grabs Roxy and pulls out a hair extension. The two women start to fight and Alfie throws Kat out of the pub. Denise throws up.

Ryan comes home to discover Janine’s packed his stuff. He’s still angry with Janine and wants her to apologise. Stacey and Ryan discover they’re going to be working together at the Vic. Surprised to see her husband working behind the bar, Janine sabotages the beer pumps and Ryan and Stacey end up soaked. Stacey heads upstairs for a shower. Ryan follows her. Stacey tells him she doesn’t want him to go in to see Lily. Ryan grabs Stacey’s wrist, he’s scared that yesterday changed everything. They kiss.

Jodie restyles Carol’s hair. Darren hates lying to Jodie and agonises over what to do. Eventually Darren meets Harry and asks him not to tell Jodie, it would break her heart. Harry’s unmoved. Later, Jodie seems upset and reveals Harry’s phoned her. Darren’s quick to reassure her that Harry doesn’t have to be blood to be her dad. Jodie’s shocked, she didn’t answer Harry’s call.

Ian summons Christian and Syed to the house, before presenting Jane with Bobby – gift wrapped. He reveals he’s got the date for the adoption hearing, soon Jane will officially be Bobby’s mother.

Tamwar tells Darren he wants a girlfriend. Syed decides to train as a masseur. Show less
