Animation about a time-travelling brother and sister called Garth and Bev, who live in harmony with nature in their village. They are transported to different times and places by the Time Spiral and solve problems with the help of Grandfather Lir.

Elva is desperate to perform at the village concert but her noisy, crashing cymbals are making everyone cringe. With only a few hours before the concert, Grandfather Lir asks the children to find a new musical sound so that Elva can play in the village band.
