Penelope K runs the Information Station, a place which contains all the answers to any question a child might have. To help her find the answers, Penelope is joined by her sock puppet, Squirm; Hank and Frank, two wise cracking fish; Trewey, the shadow rabbit, and music is provided by the Rubber Band.

A fact finding mission into why we have eyebrows leads Penelope K into a game of 'guess the expression' with Hank and Frank, a race between Trewey the rabbit and a tortoise, plus some happy and sad music from the Rubber Band. Amazingly, this all helps her to understand more about the function of eyebrows. Show less
