Silla Carron has been credited with turning around her London council estate from one of the worst in the city, to one of the best. She's driven out drug dealers, taken on troublemakers and raised more than five million pounds to improve conditions on her Camden estate, earning her the nickname 'the pocket rocket'.
Silla comes to the end of her time on the Bristol estate. When she first arrived she found a broken community.
