Penelope K runs the Information Station, a place which contains all the answers to any question a child might have. To help her find the answers, Penelope is joined by her sock puppet, Squirm; Hank and Frank, two wise cracking fish; Trewey, the shadow rabbit, and music is provided by the Rubber Band.

Penelope K goes to enormous efforts to cry in order to answer a question about what tears are made of. But even a sad story, a sad tune and a situation that would make you cry laughing don't bring tears. Penelope K is so upset about not having the answer that she bursts into tears. And when she tastes her tears she is able to confidently reply, tears are made of salty water. Show less
