We'll also be exploring a fascinating Cabinet of Curiosities: Aberdeen University have just had a reconstruction of a Philipp Hainhofer cabinet of curiosities created by a local furniture maker for use with schools and other community groups. The idea is to offer them a high quality, prestigious vehicle to put together, classify and display a collection that relates to them and their interests. We'll hear all about it and about the wonderful world of these ancient artefacts.

All that and Hand Me Down - an original performance piece at the Arches - made in collaboration with a group of ten women - aged 69 to 6 - from the same family in Port Glasgow and spanning four generations, it explores the complex relationships between the women, their rituals and things they have passed down.
