Libby is suspicious of Lucas’ – why did he send the flowers? Lucas asks Libby to meet him in the Community Centre. There, he scares her, admitting he once killed a man. He explains he couldn’t push his friend Jordan away in order to save him. Lucas suggests that Owen has stayed away because he’s drinking, finding him too soon might drive him away forever. Lucas claims he was trying to buy Owen some time. Convinced, Libby thanks Lucas. Charlie decides to sort out the Square Gardens. Dot gives a rousing speech in the Vic and everyone signs a petition.
