Children's science series in which Ed and his cactus companion Oucho travel the country making inventions from bits of old rubbish they find in the back of their van.

Ed and Oucho are in Bishop's Stortford trying to build Harvey's Popper Chopper, a car that makes butterscotch popcorn.
