Comedian-activist, Mark Thomas returns to create a People's Manifesto.

He's taking suggestions from his studio audience and then getting them to vote for the best.

The winner of each show will be enforceable by law, so pay attention!

In this episode, the focus is on policies such as restricting Prime Ministers to two full terms of office; the introduction of a maximum wage; and making all 4x4s transparent.
