Stacey misinterprets a conversation between Syd and Ryan and thinks they’re planning to kill her. She sees the little girl again. Stacey offers to have Sugar. She’s excited at the thought of owning a dog, and has to cover her disappointment when Bradley tells her that Abi’s taking Sugar.

In the launderette, Stacey searches through Ryan’s coat and finds his painkillers. Archie walks in, Stacey threatens to tell everyone about him and he grabs her. She returns home distraught and won’t let Jean touch her. Stacey escapes to her bedroom and sits whispering ‘he’s going to kill me’.

Bradley has to rehome Sugar before he, Syd and Noah leave for Canada. Not taking Stacey’s offer seriously, he asks around but no one offers to take the dog.

Jean persuades Bradley it’s best if she tells Stacey about the divorce after he’s gone. Max initially refuses to let Abi have Sugar, but relents when Bradley reminds him what a bad father he’s been over the years. Bradley invites Max to his leaving drinks, but Max claims he can’t come.

Peggy decides to put Joel through his paces, and leaves him in charge of the pub. Joel eventually gets things under control and Peggy’s impressed. However, when some customers get violent, Peggy has to step in. Peggy tries to talk to Ronnie about Joel, Ronnie admits she thinks she’s pregnant.

Zainab’s angry with Masood. At the unit, he shows off their scan photo. Zainab walks in and accuses him of having an affair with Jane. Eventually, Masood and Jane persuade Zainab they’re just friends. Zainab apologises, but Masood’s upset that Zainab doesn’t trust him.

Sam persuades Phil to give Ricky a job, and then takes Ricky shopping. Prompted by Phil, Ricky tells Sam to get a job. Sam claims she already has. Show less
