A giant container ship is dangerously overloaded, sailing below its Plimsoll line. When a trawler with engine failure gets in its path, the trawler cannot stop without unbalancing its load and disaster occurs. Faced with a double shipwreck, the cadets must save the crew from the stricken ships and then clear up the dangerous cargo to prevent an environmental disaster.
