Janine thinks she's persuaded Jack to sell his half of R & R. She needs £10,000 to secure the deal by the end of the day. Janine finds Jay with a rucksack of money and realises it came from the stuffed cat David left her. Janine gives Jack the money, and tells him that Ronnie's history. However, Jack's set up a camera so Ronnie can hear the conversation, they know what Janine's been trying to do. Janine realises Billy betrayed her and tells him Jay's about to walk out. Janine goes back to R & R with a can of petrol. Jack catches her and tells her it's time she was taught a lesson.
It's Denise's birthday and she's not at home. Lucas admits she's gone to see Yolande. Patrick is angry, then hopeful that Yolande will come home. He's disappointed when Denise arrives alone and gives him Yolande's wedding ring. Patrick tells Linda his marriage is over and she confesses that her husband has written and wants her back. The handsome stranger looking for Patrick appears at the café and then at Denise's birthday party at R & R.
Jane and Christian have events coming up and nowhere to cook. Masood has asked Zainab to buy a Salmar Kameez and tells her a photographer's coming to the unit to take pictures to promote the business. When they arrive at the unit, Masood has transformed it into the setting for a romantic anniversary meal. Their evening of passion ends when they are interrupted by Jane and Christian, who have broken in to use the kitchen.
Jay asks Marissa to meet him at the station at 4pm. He's bought first class tickets. When Janine reclaims her money, Jay asks Marissa to take his dad's watch to a pawn shop. Show less
