The swimming heats are under way, and races include the men's and women's 400m individual medley, women's 100m butterfly, men's 400m freestyle, men's 100m breaststroke and women's 4x100 relay. Commentators are Andy Jameson, Adrian Moorhouse and Sharron Davies.

There is news from Sha Tin racecourse in Hong Kong as the dressage phase of the three day event continues. Commentators are Clare Balding and Michael Tucker.

Middleweights James Degale of Britain and Darren Sutherland of Ireland, plus British and Irish light-heavyweights Tony Jeffries and Kenneth Egan are in boxing action. Commentators are Jim Neilly and Richie Woodhall.

The medals are decided in the women's 48kg and men's 60kg judo categories, with Craig Fallon carrying British hopes. Commentators are Nick Mullins and Nicola Fairbrother.
