Julian and Charlie need to think of something great to take to the school show-and-tell. Charlie has a brand new set of micro-sized walkie-talkies which they decide are just the thing. When one of the walkie-talkies goes missing, they get an idea for a prank they can play and attach one to Jess's collar.

As Pat goes on his rounds with Jess, Julian and Charlie follow and astound the residents of Greendale with the amazing talking cat. When Jess goes missing at Ted's place, Ted gets quite a fright trying to figure out where the voice is coming from. Eventually, Pat and the boys are able to use the other walkie-talkie to track down Jess and solve the mystery of the talking cat for Ted. Show less
