Romantic drama set during the Second World War about an American military pilot, Rafe, who travels to Britain to fight in the war but goes missing in action.

Assuming he is dead, his Navy nurse girlfriend Evelyn and pilot best friend Danny, who are stationed together in Hawaii, become romantically involved.
