Animated series for pre-school children set in a magical bathroom. Sploshy wants to do Winona's whale trick, but without a tail it's difficult - so she wishes herself one. She's transformed into the Great Sploshola, guest star of the circus. Her dream is perfect, until she discovers that tails have their disadvantages.
