In the second of two reports on the Health Service, Panorama highlights problems facing hospitals this winter as a result of increasing waiting lists and an acute shortage of beds. The programme also reveals that a growing number of hospital beds are being occupied by patients who could be cared for by the social services. (Subtitled)
