A tragedy in verse and prose by W H Auden and Christopher Isherwood , with music by Benjamin Britten. This famous collaboration, part Boys' Own story, part mystical experience, was written and is set in 1936. Directors Glyn Dearman and John Evans (First broadcast in 1988)
