This sparkling musical comedy from the creator of the 'Pink
Panther' movies is set in Paris during the 1930s. Victoria - a down-and-out singer - is trying to work the cabaret scene. By chance she meets Toddy, a gay and witty entertainer, who knows his way around the city. He conceives a brilliant plan - to pass off Victoria as a female impersonator. Soon 'Victor/ Victoria' is the toast of Paris. But complications arise - mainly in the shape of the handsome King....
