Harry Secombe pays a visit to Bournemouth where he meets actor Buster Merryfield (alias Uncle Albert in the BBC comedy Only Fools and Horses), and talks to Helen Alford, a double amputee who has overcome her own difficulties to help the disabled and leprosy victims in Brazil.
