The Four Great Seasons

on BBC One London

A four-part story of the dales of northern England written and presented by David Bellamy
3: The Great Summer
With the Great Winter of the Ice Age long gone, life returned to the dales during the Great Spring, the landscape covered in lush forest with animals and plants in plenty. But changes were under way again - the rains were coming and so was Man, together creating new landscapes in the dales of the Great Summer.
