Carol Smillie meets two lifeboat volunteers who swap decorating duties with their neighbours in the Gower Peninsula of South Wales. Linda Barker and Graham Wynne design a dining room using some incongruous materials including dust sheet wall coverings and a reclaimed timber ship's mast. And the colours of the sea, driftwood, pebbles and other objects become part of a living room.
