Miracles. The first of five early music recitals forthe Christmas season from the Temple Church, London, introduced by Chris de Souza. The Harp Consort perform popular songs and dances set to poetic texts in praise of the Virgin Mary by the 12th-century trouvere-monk Gautier de Coincy , interwoven with colourful, improvised polyphony.
