Tchaikovsky Symphonies
Petroc Trelawny introduces the first of a week-long series of concerts from the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester, in which Gianandrea Noseda conducts each of Tchaikovsky's six symphonies. Tonight's programme features the celebrated Orchestra of the Mariinsky Theatre, St Petersburg.
