The British Ice Dance Champions, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, start on the path that should lead to medals in the European and World Championships. Karen Wood leads the British challenge in the Ladies' event, but faces strong competition from the American girl Sandy Lenz, and the exciting young Canadian Tracey Wainman.
