Russ Abbot 's 40th birthday with a luncheon at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
Russ was bom in Chester and started his musical career while still at school, playing drums with local pop groups. In 1965 he formed a group that was later to be known as the Black Abbots. In 1980
Russ decided to go solo - the rest is history. Happy birthday Russ.
