The Sheiling has been In chaos during the building alterations; Dr. and Mrs. Dale have entertained Bob and Jenny while their power and water were cut off. Gwen has been saved from Gerald Devenish 's advances by the timely intervention of baby Bryan. Mrs. Freeman's behaviour has been a little odd, and Dr. Dale suspects her health is not all it might be. Jago has taken Ruby out and succeeded in making both Sydney and Ginger jealous.
