This year's Spanish theme continues with a Russian twist on two tangos by - composer, pianist and Cuban cigar smoker Isaac Albeniz. The concert also features a Radio 3 New Generation artist in Shostakovich's virtuosic first violin concerto, and ends with Rachmaninov's romantic second symphony.
