Tonight's programme revisits two-year-old Aaron in the early stages of recovery from his heart transplant, and 13-year-old Liam, whose new heart and lungs mean he can breathe without oxygen for the first time in years. Now five-year-old Danny, whose cystic fibrosis has severely damaged his lungs, is being assessed for a heart and lung transplant.
