Collecting Wild Creatures
The zoos and natural history museums of the world owe much to those enterprising and disinterested collectors of antmals and insects who travel far afield and exercise the greatest initiative in capturing, feeding and ' bringing them back alive.'
The speakers in this programme. which was first broadcast in 1956, recall their experiences of collecting across five continents.
